# PHP-FPM with nginx
- PHP FastCGI Process Manager
- on AWS

## install
```
sudo dnf install nginx -y
sudo dnf install php-fpm -y
```

```
sudo chmod 644 /var/log/nginx
sudo chown -R ec2-user:ec2-user /usr/share/nginx/html
echo "<?php phpinfo(); ?>" > /usr/share/nginx/html/info.php
```

## nginx config
```
sudo vi /etc/nginx/nginx.conf
```

        # pass the PHP scripts to FastCGI server listening on 127.0.0.1:9000

## php-fpm config

sudo service php-fpm restart
sudo service nginx restart
```
